I’m super bummed out with you, Renude! I sat around for half an hour waiting for my appointment today, and my dermatologist didn’t even show up! I was really looking forward to moving forward with my skin journey after a great first consultation, but I just can’t stick with your company anymore! This is the third time something has gone 'wrong,' and I’m fed up with the excuses! You’ve officially lost a customer due to your lousy service!

I stumbled upon Renude when they first launched and was curious to learn more. As a guy, my skincare routine is pretty basic, so I thought, why not give it a shot? Plus, it’s free and I don’t have to deal with some brand rep at a counter pushing their stuff on me.

I was blown away by how personalized it felt; they explained the new routine thoroughly, so I decided to go for the full recommendation, which showed up super fast.

I’m really enjoying these higher quality products and can already see some changes, even in the early stages.

I had a couple of questions, so I reached out to my skin consultant, and they got back to me quickly with a detailed, tailored response—definitely no cookie-cutter replies here.

Now I’m looking forward to my review, and I’ve got a credit balance to use with their product discount. Very impressed! 👍

I was really pleased with the consultation and the skincare advice I got, but after that, the follow-up care has been totally lacking. I’ve tried reaching out through texts and emails, but I haven’t heard back at all.

I can't recommend this service enough for anyone serious about their skincare on a budget. They provide full transparency on costs at every step, which is a huge plus. I genuinely look forward to my quarterly chats with my expert. Since we meet on FaceTime, it fits perfectly into my hectic schedule! Honestly, I can't picture using any skincare that isn't backed by my Renude expert again. I trust them completely and have gained so much knowledge about what to do and what to avoid for my skin. There's a lot of nonsense out there regarding skincare, but Renude really cuts through all that.

Fast forward two years, and I couldn’t be happier with my skin. People are always complimenting me on how vibrant and healthy it looks. I really appreciate that Renude lets you set your budget; my cleanser is just £12!

The subscription costs £20 every three months, which can be used towards skincare items. I was already spending that much on products, so why not get some expert advice along with it? I honestly can’t think of a reason I’d ever stop being a Renude customer!

Melody, my skin consultant, is fantastic! She's super quick to respond and really understands my needs. Joining as a member has been a huge benefit for me.

I've been with Renude since around November, and as a person who's not too savvy with skincare, it's been a fantastic way to skip all the rookie errors and jump right into what works. Shirin has consistently been super informative and supportive in helping me choose the right products. Plus, being able to order straight from the platform is a real lifesaver when I'm just not in the mood!

The first consultation was super useful, and I received my skincare routine right away. But since then, the customer support has been totally MIA. I've tried chatting with the therapist and sent emails to the support team, but all I get back is an 'out of business hours' reply. It's been more than a week, and I'm still waiting.
